Within Gem County FIRE & EMS, our PRN staff members play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and optimal emergency response. They adeptly handle fire calls, EMS shifts, and step in to backfill positions when ambulances are engaged in other calls or transfers, guaranteeing uninterrupted service to our community.
